The Employee Comparison Report is divided into 5 categories: Filters Comparisons overview Appointment Book Comparison Patients comparison Dental record comparison Deviation statistic comparison

This report provides a comparison for selected employees across different categories based on the previously created reports (Appointment Book report, Patients report, Deviation statistics, Dental Record)

The Employee Comparison Report is divided into 5 categories:

                1. Comparisons Overview - this is a comparison view which shows the most valuable features for each employee. Currently set to Total Fees, patients and visits.

                2. Appointment Book Comparison - comparison view based on Appointment Book report features.

                3. Patients Comparison - comparison view based on Patients report features.

                4. Dental Record Comparison - comparison view based on Dental Record report features.

                5. Deviation statistics Comparison - comparison view based on Deviation Statistics report features.

                Filters

In every different section on the top there is Filter area. In this area dropdowns and date slicers are shown, and based on them the comparison report gets filtered.

                There are 3 hierarchical dropdowns.

                1. In the Enterprise dropdown, the available enterprises are listed. Default value is ALL, meaning we want to see data across all enterprises. If we select some enterprise, other dropdowns are filtered, and are showing data only from that enterprise.

                2. In the Business dropdown, all businesses connected to the selected Enterprise are shown. Default value is ALL, but we can select any particular business we are interested in.

                3. In the Employee dropdown, all employees which exist in the selected Business are shown. Here using multiple select, we can select which employees we want to compare.

                4. Next to the dropdowns, there is a date picker for the Start and End date, we want our report to show. Below the date picker there is a slider, where we can also set the Start and End date.

Based on the selections in these filters, the data of the report is shown.

NOTE: Also, clicking on table row or part of a chart element, the whole report will be filtered with data only for that selected element. This will highlight the selected element and in order to return to the original view, the element has to be clicked again. We can select multiple with holding CTRL.

                Comparisons overview

                1. Table comparison - good for showing multiple measurement, and quantitative information.

In this example Fees, Total Visits and Total patients are the measures taken into consideration.

                2. Line and Column Chart - good for showing 2 correlated measures, and visually comparing the differences.

In this example Fees are shown with the columns and the Total Visits are shown with the line. It can be acknowledged that employees with more Fees have also more Visits.

                3. Line Chart - good for showing chronological data, i.e showing how measure changed over a period of time.

In this example Fees measure is shown how changed over the selected period for each Quarter, for every employee. Hovering on the dots in each Quarter shows summary for every employee in the comparison.

                4. Bar Chart - good for comparing single measure. Showing it horizontally if the labels are long as in our case (employees name).

In this example the Total Patients measure is presented, and can be visually seen which employee has more patients in the selected period.
